Courtney is a tax specialist and the second-generation owner and operator of Starr Financial Services. Courtney’s grandparents, the late William (Bill) Starr and Susanne (Sue) Starr founded Starr Financial in 1982. Courtney began assisting with seasonal tax preparation in 2012 and became the sole owner in 2022 after Sue’s retirement. Prior to working full-time at Starr Financial, Courtney held several in-house accounting positions within the higher-education and healthcare industries. Courtney is also a PA licensed annuity and life insurance agent.
Courtney is a life-long resident of Selinsgrove, where she resides with husband, Josh, and children Ella, Ben, and Chloe.
